Will I reach a real person?
Yes, you will! During normal business hours, we have a full time office dispatcher dedicated to taking your call. Unless we are tied up with a customer already, we'll answer your call on the first attempt. If not, our advanced notification system will inform us that we missed your call and we'll call you right back.
When can I reach a live person?
Our normal business hours, excluding holidays, are weekdays 9am to 5pm CST, but our call center is typically available to take your call 24/7. Which means, most waking hours we have someone available to take your call and/or return your call promptly. We are here to answer your questions, get your rental scheduled and set a time for pickup if you're done with your box.

What if I'm not sure which dumpster size I need?
It's common for our first-time customers to be unfamiliar with dumpster sizes and how much trash they can hold. For that matter, even our more experienced contractors occasionally ask us which dumpster we think would be best. That said, we're here to help, it's what we do! We are well aware of the capacity of each type of container we carry and will guide you to make a smart choice based on your unique situation.
What is the smallest dumpster to rent?
Our smallest rolloff container is a 10 cubic yard dumpster. It's large enough to handle small home improvement projects and typical residential relocation junk removal. As a local waste hauler, we have found that the ten yard bin is highly cost effective for the amount of waste it can carry.
How many gallons is a dumpster?
Each cubic yard holds roughly 200 gallons of material. This is because a cubic yard is calculated by measuring the area within a standard 3 ft x 3 ft x 3 ft cube. This area is big enough to hold 200 gallons. Thus, a 10 yard dumpster would hold roughly 2000 gallons of waste.
